Prepare piece shop drawings from approved submittal package for fabrication while coordinating with all departments from carpentry, through logistics to ensure pieces are produced for shipping in the order and quantity as the client requires. Make any modifications to submittal package and shop drawings as required to reflect as built site conditions for uniform installation and interference avoidance.

Responsible for the floor plan layout along with drafting of all required plans, elevations, and sections to obtain permits and fire marshal approval for new clubhouse construction after previous building was lost to a fire. Worked closely under supervision of structural engineer to fulfill clients vision.
Responsible for the drafting of floor plans, sections, and elevations of a modular house that was later built by carpentry students in the Building Construction Technology program of Northern Maine Community College. The lower-cost houses were made available through a partnership between the Kiwanis Club and Northern Maine Community College.
